Enjoy the natural beauty of an outdoor event in a gorgeous temperature-controlled urban oasis. 180 Maiden Lane boasts a glass-and-steel park-like atrium featuring 26,000 square feet of awe-inspiring space ideally suited for memorable and incomparable events.
Both spaces boast the character and capacity to accommodate a wide array of events and functions. For further outdoor ambiance, an adjacent exterior patio with built-in benches is available for tenting.
In-house catering from the 180 Maiden Lane ChefScape Events team allows for an immense variety of options from casual to elegant, cocktail to plated.
THE MAIDEN PATIO
The Maiden Lawn Plaza features suspended dimmable LED cloud lighting, a 40-foot projection screen, a 20-foot stage easily capable of accommodating a ten-piece band, and over 5,000 square feet of green lawn space with park seating giving it the feel of a miniature Bryant Park.
